PA tickets will be available to collect from the box office on the day of the event when the doors open.

Accessible Area and Seating
For most of our events, there is a floor level designated accessibility area for customers who require seating or use wheelchairs. This must be booked in advance to guarantee a place and, due to limited capacity, we can only guarantee seating for the access customer, where companions will be placed directly next to them.

For seated events, we can reserve wheelchair spaces with an adjacent seat. Requests must be made 72 hours before the event. On arrival, the security team at the white gates will be able to show you to your reserved area.

Please note, we cannot guarantee any seats will be available on the day if you have not booked in advance.

Early Entry/ Late Exit
Customers with access needs may book early entry and late exits where requested with the below allowances:
* Early entry (typically 10 minutes before general admission).
* Late exit (staying in the venue until after general egress).

Please arrange this with us via email in advance. On arrival, please go to the white gates and speak to a member of security.

Accessible Parking
There is extremely limited blue badge parking available to book which must be arranged with us in advance via email. If approved, you will receive instructions on where to park. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to doors.
